主要研究領域包括國際法、法學教育史♎️、經濟法、全球數據治理🙍。近三年已在Computer Law & Security Review, Feminist Legal Studies, Human Rights Quarterly, International Review of Economics & Finance, International Data Privacy Law, Legal History Review, Securities Regulation Law Journal, and The International Journal of Marine and Coastal Law等期刊發表若幹論文。

CHEN Li is a Professor of Law at Fudan University Law School. He is a recognized expert in international law, the history of legal education, economic law, and law and technology. His recent publications include articles in the Computer Law & Security Review, Feminist Legal Studies, Human Rights Quarterly, International Review of Economics & Finance, International Data Privacy Law, Legal History Review, Securities Regulation Law Journal, and The International Journal of Marine and Coastal Law, amongst others.
